1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Basic quilting classes what will allow participants to construct a quilt that is a tribute to the African-American musician Mary Lou Williams. She was a composer, pianist and mentor to women in jazz. Her song “Tea for two" will be our highlight song. Participants will choose photo transfer, words from the song, and construct their own version of a quilt.
